PICANTE POTATO PIE 
3 c. hash brown potatoes, thawed
5 lg. eggs, beaten
2/3 c. picante sauce
2/3 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
2 green onions and tops, sliced
1/4 tsp. salt
Garlic powder, dash
8 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled

Mix together all ingredients except bacon. Mix well. Pour into lightly greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until mixture is set and golden brown. Sprinkle with bacon and continue baking 5 minutes. Pass extra picante sauce. Serve 6.
