CHERRY NUT BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 can cherry pie filling
1/2 c. nuts, if desired
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Put all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and beat well. Add 1/2 cup nuts if desired. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
