ACORN SQUASH 
1 med. acorn squash (1 lb.)
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. low calorie butter, melted
1/4-1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. pepper

Quarter squash. Seed and place cut side up in shallow baking dish. Add 1/2 inch boiling water. Cover. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes (or tender). Combine remaining ingredients. Divide over squash sections.

Bake uncovered 400 degrees for 10 minutes or lightly browned. Serves 4. This recipe does not call for salt. 70 calories per serving.
