In casserole dish put 1 layer of cut up chicken that has been cooked. Mix together 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 cup of commercial sour cream. Spread on chicken. Make regular chicken stuffing and spread on top. Bake at 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
