SOUR CREAM CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6 boneless chicken breasts, pre-baked
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 c. rice, cooked
2 c. chopped broccoli
1 can mushroom soup
Parsley flakes
Salt & pepper to taste
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. Parmesan
1 piece chopped chicken

Cook rice, spread in 13"x9" dish. Stir in sour cream and soup. Layer with broccoli and chopped chicken. Sprinkle with parsley, Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese. Repeat once more. Layer on the 6 breasts, top with Mozzarella, parsley and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
