GRAPENUT PUDDING | |
10 eggs 5 tsp. vanilla 1/8 tsp. salt Beat ingredients well. Add 1 cup sugar. Beat well. Slowly add 10 cups milk. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of grapenuts in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour 1/2 of mixture on top of grapenuts. Sprinkle another 1/2 cup of grapenuts on top of mixture. Add the rest of the mixture. Sprinkle top with nutmeg (optional) or cinnamon (optional). Place in larger pan with about 1/4 inch of warm water. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 to 65 minutes or until knife comes out clean. |
