GRAPENUT PUDDING A LA TRACY 
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk, scalded
5 tbsp. Grapenuts cereal
1 tbsp. butter
Nutmeg (optional)

Combine eggs, sugar and vanilla in mixing bowl. Add scalded milk gradually, mixing thoroughly. Pour into custard cups or casserole bowl. Sprinkle with cereal and dot with butter. Sprinkle nutmeg on top if desired. Place cups or bowl into pan of hot water; bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serves 6.
