DOROTHY'S GRAPENUT PUDDING 
3 eggs
1 qt. milk
3/4 c. Grapenuts
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients, beating eggs first, and pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Test by inserting a stainless steel knife in the center. If it comes out clean, it is done. Bake a little longer if necessary.
