GRAPENUT PUDDING 
7 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
7 c. milk, scalded
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. Grapenuts
1 c. coconut

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into 9x13 Pyrex dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Set dish in pan with a little water to bake.
