MANDARIN SALAD 
1 bunch romaine lettuce (in bite size pieces)
1 head iceberg lettuce (in bite size pieces)
3 celery stalks, chopped

Combine and set aside.

Dressing:

1/4 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper and Tabasco

Mix all dressing ingredients. Pour over lettuce. Before serving, add 1 can drained mandarin oranges and toss. Top with almonds.
