BOSTON LETTUCE AND MANDARIN
ORANGE SALAD
 
3 heads lettuce
3 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
1 lg. red onion

DRESSING:

1 c. Wesson oil
1/3 c. white vinegar
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. celery seed

Blend ingredients for dressing until well mixed. Thinly slice the onion and marinate in dressing overnight. Break up lettuce and drain mandarin oranges and combine in large salad bowl. When ready to serve, pour dressing over salad ingredients.
