CHEESE BISCUITS AND GRAVY 
3 lbs. hamburger
1 lg. onion
Salt and pepper
2 soup cans water
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 to 3 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 to 3/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
Buttermilk

Brown hamburger. Add onion, salt, and pepper to taste. Cook until onion is tender. Add soups and water. Simmer while preparing biscuits. Make Bisquick biscuits with buttermilk. Add cheese. Roll and cut. Place meat mixture in oblong baking pan. Top with biscuits and bake in 375 degree oven until biscuits are golden brown, about 20 to 25 minutes.
