MEAT BALLS 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. oatmeal
1 onion
1 sm. can Carnation milk
Salt and pepper

Combine and make into balls. Brown in 1 teaspoon fat. Drain and place in baking dish.

SAUCE:

2/3 c. tomato catsup
3 1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tsp. sugar

Mix ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees until fully cooked.
