BREAKFAST THE NIGHT BEFORE | |
1 lb. pork sausage 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard 6 eggs 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 c. milk 3/4 c. half & half 6 oz. onion and garlic croutons 2 c. sharp cheese, grated Saute' meat, beat eggs with milk, half & half, salt, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Put croutons in 9 x 13 inch buttered pan, add sausage and cheese. Pour egg mixture on top, cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered 45 minutes at 350 degrees the next morning. Serves 8 to 10. Serve with hot rolls and fresh fruit. |
