Cut 1 pound mushrooms in pieces and place in pot with water to cover. Boil 5 minutes. Add enough water to make 1 1/2 quarts. Add 3 cups sauerkraut juice. Slowly boil for 40 minutes and then add 2 handfuls of noodles. Slowly boil another 15 minutes and then add thickening (made by browning 1 tablespoon flour in 1 stick of melted butter). Add a little Accent. Boil 5 minutes then good eating. |
