CHOCOLATE FUDGE SHEET CAKE 
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. buttermilk
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. Crisco
1 c. water

ICING:

1 stick butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box confectioners' sugar
2 c. chopped nuts

Sift flour and sugar; set aside. Bring to a full boil butter, cocoa, Crisco, and water; slowly add to the flour mixture. Mix two eggs and buttermilk with soda; add to batter. Mix well; pour into a sheet cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Icing: Place butter, milk, and cocoa in saucepan; melt butter and heat to almost boiling, then remove from heat and add gradually confectioners' sugar and nuts. Pour on top of cake immediately.
