BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli or 2 lb. fresh
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sharp cheese, shredded
1 med. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper
1/2 stick butter
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Bread Crumbs

Cook and drain broccoli. Combine rest of ingredients. Pour over broccoli. Melt butter and add bread crumbs. Toss and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
