BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom or cheddar cheese soup
2 beaten eggs
1 med. onion
1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing croutons

Combine broccoli, mayonnaise, soup, eggs and onion. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour into greased casserole dish. Top with the grated cheese. Then combine 1/2 cup melted butter and 1/2 package of Pepperidge Farm dressing, add croutons. Spread over top of casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. 6 to 8 servings.
