CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 lbs. chicken breast, boned and cooked reserve broth
2 pkgs. chopped broccoli cooked and well drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herbed stuffing mix
1/4 lb. butter, melted
3 cans mushroom soup diluted with 1 can chicken broth

Cut chicken into generous chunks, mix melted butter and stuffing mix, put 1/3 of stuffing mix on bottom of pan, add 1/2 chicken and 1 package broccoli, spread 1/2 soup mixture over this, add another layer of stuffing mix and repeat above. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until very hot.
