BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. fresh broccoli
1 can mushroom soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 c. butter (1/2 stick)
1 1/2 c. herb stuffing

Cook broccoli and drain well. Combine soup (undiluted), mayonnaise, and eggs. Stir into broccoli. Put in an ungreased casserole dish. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Stir herb stuffing in melted butter and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
