BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 box frozen chopped broccoli, you may use fresh
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 egg
1 c. Pepperidge Farm herbed stuffing mix

Cook broccoli slightly. Mix all ingredients together and place in a greased casserole dish. Top with a little of the stuffing mix. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes, until bubbly. Take the cover off the last 10 minutes.
