1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 lg. can Cool Whip
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 c. coconut
1 c. broken pecan pieces
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 graham cracker crusts

Mix first 6 ingredients and pour into crusts. Let it sit overnight.
