1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef
2 cans Spanish style tomato sauce
1 tbsp. catsup
1 #2 can hominy, drained
Grated cheese

Saute onion; add ground beef and brown. Drain off the excess fat. Add tomato sauce, catsup and hominy. Place in a greased casserole dish and top with grated cheese. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
