HOMINY CASSEROLE 
2 c. yellow hominy
2 tbsp. butter
4 oz. (1 can) green chopped chilies
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. sour cream

Cook Hominy with butter and chiles until liquid is almost evaporated. Add cheese, stir until melted. Remove from heat and add sour cream. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
