MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground round
1 lg. can chili beans
1/2 lb. Jack cheese
1 lg. can diced Ortego chiles
1 lg. can yellow hominy, drained
1 sm. onion, chopped
Fritos

Brown meat and onions, drain. Mix meat, onions, hominy, chili beans and chiles. Put in casserole, 9 x 13 inches. Cover with cheese and Fritos. Bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
