MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. chopped onion
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
1 pkg. sloppy joe or taco mix
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
1 (5 oz.) pkg. nacho chips, crushed

TOPPING:

3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream

Brown hamburger and drain. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 15 minutes, uncovered. In 2 quart casserole, layer 1/2 sauce, 1/2 Monterey Jack cheese, remaining sauce and remaining cheese. Top with sour cream and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and bake for about 10 minutes more. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
