MANDARIN ORANGE BREAD 
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 (6 oz.) can undiluted frozen orange juice
1/2 c. sour milk or buttermilk (sour milk with 1 tsp. vinegar)
2/3 c. oil
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 can mandarin oranges, drained and chopped

Mix all ingredients together. Makes 3 small loaves of bread or 2 large ones. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand until partly cooled. Remove from pan and while still slightly warm, glaze.

GLAZE:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. undiluted orange juice

Mix together.
