CRAB QUICHE 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1/3 c. minced onion
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

Rinse crab and remove bony pieces. Spread in bottom of pie shell. Sprinkle with cheese. Pour a mixture of the rest of the ingredients over the crab and cheese.

Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes (until knife inserted half way between center and outer edge comes out clean). Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
