CRAB QUICHE 
2 unbaked pie shells
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 c. thinly sliced onions
1/2 pt. sour cream
4 eggs
Salt to taste
1 (7 oz.) can crab meat (shrimp, lobster or tuna can be used)

Blend all ingredients well. Pour into pie shells and bake 55 to 65 minutes at 350 degrees.
