SEAFOOD BISQUICK QUICHE 
6 oz. can of tuna, crab meat or ham
1 c. shredded American cheese
3 oz. cream cheese, cut in cubes
1/4 c. onions, chopped
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt

In a lightly greased 10" pie plate put tuna, cheeses and onion. Blend milk, Bisquick, eggs and salt together. Pour over tuna mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
