MEL'S SEAFOOD QUICHE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
1/3 c. green onions, chopped
1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped
12 oz. claw crab meat
12 oz. cooked shrimp
1 (9-inch) pie shell

Mix all ingredients well. Pour in pie shell.

Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean and top is slightly brown.

This dish can be made in advance if kept refrigerated. Do not place in pie shell until ready to bake.
