INDIVIDUAL QUICHES 
Pastry for 2-crust pie
3/4 c. chopped cooked shrimp, chicken or tuna
1/4 c. sliced green onion
4 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried dill weed

On floured surface roll half of pastry into 12-inch circle. Cut six 4-inch circles. Repeat with remaining pastry. Fit into twelve 2 1/2 inch muffin pan cups. Fill each with some shrimp, onion and cheese. Beat remaining ingredients. Pour over cheese. Bake in 400 degree oven 15 to 20 minutes or until browned.
