SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 lb. cooked squash
4 slices of bread turned into crumbs
1/2 chopped onion
2 eggs
1/2 stick melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients and turn into a greased 9 x 11 casserole. Top with 1 pack of coarse cracker crumbs tossed in 1/2 stick of melted butter.

Bake for 1 hour at 350°F.

For your squash haters- don't tell them what it is- they'll like it and never know it's squash.
