1 (#2) can Bing cherries, seeded and drained
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. fruit juice and water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. black cherry gelatin
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry, cherry, or strawberry gelatin
2 (6 oz.) bottles Coca-Cola, cold
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. cherry, finely diced; optional
1 c. nuts, coarsely chopped
1/2 c. flaked coconut; optional

Heat the 1 cup of fruit juice and water to boiling. Pour over gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Add Cokes; chill until slightly thickened. Break up or beat cream cheese and add to fruits and nuts. Fold into gelatin. Chill until firm. Serves 12.
