MIKE'S CHICKEN A'LA ORANGE 
4-6 chicken breasts
1 c. orange juice
Dash of oregano
Garlic powder
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1 tbsp. orange marmalade
1 tbsp. sherry or brandy
1 tsp. cornstarch

Into a saucepan place orange juice, oregano, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, orange peel, marmalade and sherry/brandy. Heat and add cornstarch to thicken. Bake in a covered baking dish for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve. Best served with rice.
