PIZZA POTATOES 
1 pkg. scalloped potatoes
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. crushed oregano
1 (4 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Empty potato slices and seasoned sauce mix into baking dish 9 x 9 x 2 inches. Heat tomatoes, water and oregano to boiling. Pour over potatoes.

Stir until well mixed. Arrange pepperoni on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes. Garnish with hot peppers if desired.
