BUCKEYE COOKIES | |
2 sticks butter 2 c. peanut butter 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs 4 c. confectionery sugar Mix ingredients well, roll into bite size balls and chill for 1 hour. In a double boiler, melt 1/3 bar of paraffin wax and a 12 ounce bag of chocolate chips (milk chocolate). Dip each cookie in the chocolate. Freeze or keep refrigerated. Makes approximately 75 bite size cookies. |
