CARROTS ALA BARBIE 
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
2 pkg. carrots, sliced in strips
2 med. onions
1 pepper
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. cider vinegar
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Boil carrots for 10 minutes; drain. Add rest of ingredients and marinate overnight. Serve as is.
