REFRIGERATOR COOKIES 
1 1/4 c. light brown sugar
1 lb. butter
6 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 level tsp. baking soda
1/2 lb. pecans, chopped fine
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Sift flour and soda two times and fold into egg mixture. Add nutmeats.

Divide into 4 rolls. Wrap in wax paper and place in refrigerator or freezer. When needed slice thin and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 375 degrees, 8-10 minutes.
