JEWISH ITALIAN CHEESECAKE 
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
6 eggs
Dash of salt
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1 c. sugar

TOP LAYER:

1 pt. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. sugar

Blend well all ingredients for first layer. Use 9 x 10 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until evenly brown. Let cool for 15 minutes. Blend all ingredients for top layer and place on first layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Refrigerate overnight.
