JALAPENO CORN BREAD 
3 c. corn bread mix (14 oz.)
3 eggs, beaten
7 Ortega peppers, finely chopped
1 2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. cooking oil
3 tsp. sugar
1 can whole kernel corn, drained or sm. can med. corn
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. grated onion

Mix all ingredients well. Spread thinly in greased baking pan (9 x 13 inch). Bake at 475 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
