GRANDMA'S KRUM KAKA 
3 eggs
1/2 c. butter or Country Blend
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cream, whipped
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond
1 3/4 c. flour--2 cups
1 1/2 to 1 2/3 c. white rice flour

Cream until the consistency of whipped cream the butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well. Add flavorings and flour and fold in whipped cream last. Bake on Krum Kaka iron. Makes 30.
