MICROWAVE PEACH-BERRY CRISP 
4 c. sliced fresh peaches
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1/3 c. butter
3/4 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

1. Combine peaches, blueberries, lemon juice and extract in 8-inch round microwave safe baking dish; mix lightly. Spread evenly in dish; set aside.

2. Microwave (High) butter in uncovered microwave safe bowl 20 to 30 seconds or until softened. Add rolled oats, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon; mix with fork until crumbly. Spoon over fruit.

3. Microwave (High) uncovered, 10 to 12 minutes or until fruit is tender, rotating dish once. Serve warm or cold with cream or ice cream. About 8 servings. 255 calories each serving.

A 1 pound package sliced unsweetened peaches can be substituted for fresh peaches. Microwave 4 to 5 minutes to partially thaw before mixing with other fruit.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
