FRUIT SALAD AND DRESSING 
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 sm. can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 sm. can peaches, drained
1/2 c. red seedless grapes, halved
1/2 c. green seedless grapes, halved
1 unpeeled red Delicious apple, chopped
1 sliced banana

DRESSING:

2 eggs
Butter, the size of 2 eggs
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar

Melt butter in saucepan. Add eggs and heat constantly with whisk. The eggs will look like they are scrambling, don't panic! Add sugar and vinegar and continue whisking. Remove from heat and add mayonnaise. When cool, pour over fruits and marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight. You may use fruits of your choice.
