FRUIT SALAD DRESSING 
1 c. sugar
1 heaping tbsp. flour
Pinch of salt
1 egg, well beaten
1 c. pineapple juice
Juice of 1 lemon

Cook slowly, stirring constantly until fairly thick. Serve on chopped fresh fruits. This sauce will keep for a long time in the refrigerator. Unless serving 12 or more, do not use all this recipe at once.
