CHILI RELLENO - HORS D'OEUVRE 
1/2 c. butter, melted
10 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Dash of salt
8 oz. Ortega green chilies, diced
1 pt. small curd cottage cheese
1/2 lb. Jack cheese, grated
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated

Melt butter in 13 x 9 Pyrex dish. In bowl, beat eggs until light. Add dry ingredients. Blend well. Add melted butter, chili and cheeses.

Bake at 400 degrees 15 minutes. Reduce heat, bake 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool slightly, cut into 60 squares. Freezes well.
