CHILI RELLENOS BAKE 
2 (4 oz.) cans whole green chilies
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) Sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. milk
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Layer the chilies and cheese alternately in 8-inch square casserole, ending with cheese. Combine remaining ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour over the chilies and cheese and bake at 350 degrees until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with green chili salsa, if desired.
