BAKED CHILI RELLENOS 
1 sm. can green chilies
8 oz. Jack cheese
2 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

In bottom of buttered dish, arrange the chilies cut into 2 inch squares. Cut cheese into long strips and arrange in an even layer over chilies. Beat eggs slightly, then beat in flour, milk and salt. Pour over cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
