CHILI RELLENO BAKE 
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
1 lb. Jack cheese
2 lg. can chilies

BATTER:

4 eggs
1 lg. can milk
1/4 c. flour
Salt to taste

TOPPING:

2 small cans tomato sauce
1 small jar salsa

Remove seeds from chilies, grate cheese. Cover bottom of a 9"x13" pan with chilies, cover chilies with cheeses. Make second layer of chilies, cover with rest of cheddar cheese. Pour batter over all and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and add second layer of Jack cheese. Spread topping over this and return to oven. Bake 30 minutes.
