CHILI RELLENO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 lb. Jack cheese, grated
1 lg. + 1 sm. can diced green chilies
1 can milk
4 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Layer a casserole dish or 9"x13" pan with a layer of chilies. Cover with cheese and top with a second layer of chilies. Beat eggs, flour, salt and milk. Pour over cheese and chilies and bake at 350 degrees until custard sets.
